When you fill out these pages, it will automatically send you an email with your input. This is exactly what your dispatcher will see. The page is available in several different languages of your choice (see top of page for dropdown) and a reCaptcha (see end on page.)

    1. RIDES and ABSENCES: Send a message that no bus ride is needed today and student absence. If the student will no be riding the bus (ex. you will be driving them in), this information will only go to dispatch. If the student will not be riding the bus, AND will be absent from school, it will be sent to dispatch AND to your department that handles absences >> RIDES/ABSENCES
    2. ADMINISTRATION REPORTING – This is for school staff to report to dispatch for students who came in the morning, but left during the day. This can be used for students who went home early with a parent; students who were picked up due to illness; or for any reason their bus riding situation changed during the day. This is very helpful so that buses are not held up waiting for students who will not be riding home >> ADMIN REPORTING
    3. CALL CENTER – Instead of listening to voice mail, then transposing it to paper, the call center can fill out a short form for each call and send it to dispatch. This keeps a permanent record (instead of paper) and dispatch can quickly call it out over the radio. >> CALL CENTER
    4. DRIVER TIME: Almost all bus drivers work split shifts. This driver reporting page is very useful for reporting your time out of your morning shift, and your time in as you report for your afternoon shift. Times will be sent directly to HR or whoever is responsible for tracking those times.>> DRIVER TIME
    5. NO SHOW REPORTING – This is for drivers to report no show students. When a student doesn’t show up for the bus, and it has not been called in, it gives admin the option of contacting them to encourage them to report absences: NO SHOWS
